This W-8BEN-E form for US withholding tax is driving me crazy. I’d greatly appreciate if some kind soul would help me complete it.

If you’ve got an Accountant they will be able to help

I kept copies of my successfully created W-8BEN forms.
My broker may have helped. I don’t remember.

Hi John,
I happened to be in Redcliffe yesterday on business but am based on the Goldie. I’ll give you a call and we can talk it through compared to the last one I completed. Should not be a big issue.
