Can anyone help? Buy and Sell signals are missing on the charts. I have gone through every single thing beyond charts and am unable to find a way to recover them?

Suggest you give the helpdesk a call - they’d be the best to sort you out.
1 common suggestion if you have tried everything else - is to ensure you are not in MONTHLY data mode. Signals will not appear in monthly mode - only Daily and Weekly.
You have probably already tried, but click chart to the right of the home button and look to press the Spa3 … above the word signals. If the stock you are looking at is not in the spa system, there will be no signals.

Just wanted to share this. whichever SPA3 system where you are looking at the signals on the chart, the relevant tab must be grey otherwise the signals do not show
