I suspect you are still viewing the SPA3 Investor public portfolios via TradeMaster? If so, please be aware these will no longer be updated going forward. The SPA3 Investor public portfolios must be viewed via Portfolio Manager.
If you are viewing the portfolios via PM and they are outdated, please note you need to re-import the public portfolios every time you wish to view them, as was the case with TradeMaster.
The code for Axon Enterprises has been updated in BC. Please shutdown and reopen BC to refresh the securities list.
If you currently hold Axon in a PM portfolio, there is a known bug when updating these securities. A fix is being tested this afternoon. For now, you will need to apply an easy manual fix:
Open Trade Records → select the relevant buy transaction (AAXN in this case) → Edit → Change Security to AXON → Save.
Trust this assists but please feel free to shoot through any additional questions you may have.
An update will be released later today to adjust the signals for the new AXON code. I will post a new comment on this thread when the update is available.
Upon release, you will need to open BC to allow the update files to be downloaded. A subsequent shutdown and reopening of BC will allow the update to take effect.
Once complete, you should see the chart as per below.
The AXON update has been released to customers with a USA data subscription. Please proceed with the instructions above to allow the update to take effect.
The AXON chart in my portfolio is still not showing buy/sell signals (even after closing & reopening) however the chart of AXON if I just open it from the SWS USA stocks does show the signals - do I have to do anything else to get the signals to appear on the portfolio AXON chart? Thanks Annabella
Leaving a response here to close the loop after our telephone conversation.
For other members who experience a similar issue to that described by Annabella, this was simply a case of all the update scripts not being applied upon restarting Beyond Charts. I suspect Beyond Charts was not left open long enough to allow all the scripts to be downloaded before performing the subsequent shutdown and reopen of BC.
If you are experiencing a similar issue, please shutdown and reopen Beyond Charts again to allow the remaining scripts to be applied.
